UMM Wits is assembling its facilitator panel for Semester 1 & 2 2026. We are looking for Honours and Masters students, postgraduates and MSc graduates with deep knowledge of Wits’s first-year STEM modules. Clear rates. Clear roles. Uncapped referral income stacks on top.
We recruit across three tiers — Senior STEM graduates and academics, Masters candidates, and Masters specialists. What they share is depth of knowledge in Wits’s first-year modules and the ability to explain it clearly under exam conditions. Teaching experience is valued but not required — we train our facilitators.
UMM Wits’s academic panel spans four tiers from senior academics with 20+ years of teaching experience to Year 2+ Wits undergraduates who recently passed the same modules your students are taking. Every tier plays a specific role — no tier is interchangeable.
No exclusivity. Facilitating for UMM does not prevent you from tutoring, lecturing, or working elsewhere. We ask only that you honour your scheduled workshop commitments. All facilitators engage as self-employed independent contractors and are responsible for their own tax obligations.
